Interior Painting in Dallas
A lot of Dallas homes have two-story living rooms, vaulted ceilings, and open floor plans where one wall runs from the entry to the kitchen. Those are the jobs other painters pass on, and the ones we’re known for: we bring the tall ladders and scaffolding for 18–20 ft walls and stairwells, and we keep the lines clean where walls meet ceilings and trim. See our interior painting process.
- Walls, ceilings & trim: Single rooms or the whole house, including baseboards, crown molding, and doors
- Two-story rooms & stairwells: High walls, foyers, and lofts
- Cabinet painting: Kitchen and bathroom cabinets refinished in a fresh color
- Painted brick fireplaces: An updated look for a dated fireplace
Exterior House Painting in Dallas
Dallas summers are hard on paint. Months of 100-degree days and strong sun fade color and crack the finish on wood trim, siding, fascia, and garage doors. We pressure wash first, scrape and prep anything that’s peeling, then paint, so the new coat lasts. In the summer we start early and work around the afternoon heat. If your neighborhood has an HOA, bring the approved color list and we’ll work from it.
Cabinets, Kitchens & Bathrooms
If your cabinet boxes are solid, painting them is the fastest way to change a Dallas kitchen without tearing it out. When you want more, we handle full kitchen and bathroom remodels: granite, quartz, and quartzite countertops, new islands, custom tile showers, and freestanding tubs.
Drywall Repair, Fences & More
- Drywall & sheetrock repair: Dallas sits on expansive clay soil that swells and shrinks with the weather, and that movement shows up as cracks over doors and windows. We patch and finish them, then paint so the repair disappears.
- Fence staining & repair: Replacement boards and fresh stain for wood fences grayed by the sun
- Epoxy garage floors: A durable flake finish over stained concrete
- Pressure washing: Driveways, siding, and fences, and prep before exterior paint
- Demolition and commercial painting for offices and businesses

Dallas Painting & Remodeling FAQs
How much does it cost to paint a house in Dallas?
It depends on the size of the house, how high the ceilings are, how much prep the walls or siding need, and how many colors you want. A two-story living room takes more time and equipment than a standard bedroom. We give you a free, in-person estimate and one agreed price in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
When is the best time to paint a house exterior in Dallas?
Spring and fall are ideal, with mild temperatures and fewer storms. Summer jobs are still doable: we start early, work around the hottest part of the afternoon, and reschedule if rain is coming, because paint needs dry surfaces to cure properly.
Is painting brick a good idea?
Painting brick can make a dated fireplace or exterior look new, but it’s a long-term choice, because paint is hard to remove from brick once it’s on. The brick has to be cleaned first and painted with a product made for masonry. We’ll go over the pros and cons for your home during the estimate.
Is painting kitchen cabinets worth it?
If the cabinet boxes and doors are in good shape, yes. Painting them costs far less than replacing them and changes the whole kitchen. The prep is what makes the finish last: cleaning off grease, sanding, and priming before paint.
Do you work in the Park Cities and the suburbs around Dallas?
Yes. Along with Dallas itself, we work in University Park, Highland Park, Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Rockwall, Plano, Frisco, Carrollton, and Irving.
